About me¶
Hi! I’m Abdulla Janahi, a mechanical engineering student. this summer (2024) I’m having my training at Fab Lab to finish my bachelor requirement for graduation.
Educational background¶
I spent my elementary and middle school years at Abdulrahman Kanoo International School. And then moved to a government school to finish my high school.
After graduation I joined university of Bahrain, college of engineering, I will hopefully graduate inn the first semester of the year 2024/2025
Previous work¶
My senior project was about concrete solar collector water heater​; we tested the concrete and see how much it can absorb heat from the sun. so basically we built a frame and put the mixture of the concrete in it and we submerge a pipe into it, and we kept it in the highest surface of the concrete because concrete is a good heat absorber but a bad conductor. Then we started to measure the input and output tempreture of the water and see how much is rise and calculate the efficiency of it.
Moreover, I did another project which was a pipe bending machine, it is basically a machine where you can put in it the pipe and then it rotates to ben the pipe as the angle you want.
