1. Project management¶
The primary goal for today is to establish a connection between the user’s computer and the Fablab website. This connection will enable the use of Visual Studio Code software, which can facilitate the coding and uploading processes.
To achieve this desired goal, two main steps will be carried out:
First: We will use the Fablab website
Fablab
Second: We will use the git Bash program
What is git Bash?
Git Bash is an application designed for Microsoft Windows environments. It provides an emulation layer that allows users to have a Git command line experience, similar to what is found on other operating systems.
Now let us begin the steps until we achieve the goal.
Step 1:Choose from the options Build next Pipelines as shown below:
Step 2:Remember to tap on the “Run Pipeline” option at the top right.
Step 3:Now proceed to the computer and select the location where you want to link the files. For example, you can choose the Desktop.
Step 4:Hit Right Click, then select More Options, and choose the option displayed in the image (Open git Bash here) :
Step 5:Now, to make a copy on the device, I will use a command called Git Clone.
step 6:You will then be asked to enter the name and password for Fablab, after which the files will be downloaded to form the link.
step 7:Then all file will appear in the specified location in the file.
step 8:Create an introductory link to the computer by using the following code:
step 9:Now open Visual Studio Code software, go to the file, then choose Open folder.
step 10: Finally, Chose your files and you can edit the code.

Customize¶
The main goal for today, after creating the website, is to customize it further. This customization can involve changing elements like the font, logo, or any other aspect that the user wants to modify.
To achieve this goal, the user has two options:
-Use the Fablab website itself to make the desired customizations.
-Utilize Visual Studio Code, a software application, to make the customizations.
For customization, I will use the first option.
Step 1: Open website of fablab.
Step 2:Choose at edit.
Step 3: Choose an option (Edit single file) as shown:
Step 4:As described, the various elements of the website, such as the font, logo, and other aspects, can be modified or customized directly through the Fablab website.
Step 5:Finally, the website was modified.
