Process steps:
 

1. It needs to be garnered into water ( Not vice versa) in a clean bucket.

2. Mix approximately 32L of cool, clear water and 40kg Mada plaster together.

3. Stop adding once the powder is exceeding the water level.

4. After 1 minutes of soaking.

5. properly mix by hand or mixer.

Mix ratio (if applicable):
 
Mix 1 part water to 1 part Gypsum. The end result should be a white liquid

Don’t ingest, inject and absorb silicone in your body.

Process steps:

• Mix ingredients A and B in equal quantities and well.
  

   - The mixture can be placed in the vacuum to remove air bubbles from the mixture

   - after the air is withdrawn, the mixture is poured into the mold until it dries well.

   - Working time from 30 to 40 minutes, drying from 3 to 12 hours.

   - The drying time after mixing depends mainly on the temperature of the place.

  - The warmer the place, the faster the solidification rate

   - Dryness also depends on the size and thickness of the mold, the higher the quantity Larger and thicker the drying time is less

• First we wore the gloves and put the cup on the scale and reset it to zero
  

• The we poured both ingredient A and B
  

• After that we poured them both into a third cup
  

• Finally we mixed both of them in the third cup and poured into the cavity and added some green ink on it

Dry putty

Safety:

• Avoid contact with the skin and eyes.
  
• Wear suitable protective clothing such as overalls, goggles,dust mask and gloves. Use a barrier cream.
  
• Ensure that there is adequate ventilation in the area where the product is being applied.
  
• Do not breathe vapor or spray.
  

Process steps:

• Mix water and Dry putty gradually to a lump free smooth paste.
  
• Set aside for 5-10 minutes, then remix for 1 minute. Use the paste within a period of 1 Hour.
  
• Apply the paste using a putty knife or trowel, followed by smoothening.
  
• Build up the thickness in multiple coats. Putty coats up to 2.5 mm thickness may be applied; each layer should be left to dry completely prior to application of the next layer.
  
• Final coat should be abraded with fine emery paper (# 200, 220) after the putty has dried for at least 1 Hour.
  

Mix ratio (if applicable):
4-5 parts of water to 10 parts of dry putty

Matt, Smooth White colored hard material

Material name:GR Resin (multi use)

safety:

• Make sure to keep away from kids.
  
• Should be stored in a dry place. Preferably in the sealed original container, at a temperature between 20c & 25c.
  
• Wear face masks for pregnants when using the product.
  
• Wear protective gloves when you use the product.
  
• Do not swallow. If you swallowed the resin, call a doctor immediately.
  
• In case the product comes in contact with eyes : rinse cautiously with water for several minutes.
  
• Caution it may cause an allergic skin reaction.
  

Process steps:

• Mix the exact ratio of 10 grams of resin to 6 grams of Hardener.
  
• Using the digital scale to measure the quantity.
  
• Stir the mixture for 3 minutes.
  
• Pour the mixture and spread it over the project.
  
• Working time 45 minutes after pouring the mixture.
  
• Advised not to leave the mixture more than 10 minutes in mixing cups.
  
• Dries completely after 24hrs, and after 48hrs.

 Mix exact ratio of 10 grams of resin to 6 grams of hardener
