Project prototype

Step 1:

On the first step, research was made regarding the project and we thought about the prototype's design.

Step 2:

We searched for aplicable conponents to construct our prototype

Step 3:

We used this design to resemble the X axis movement.

Step 4:

More research was made regarding the motor and how it is powered, also we came to the conclusion that gears were necessary in the design prototype to avoid overloading the motor. (the motor resembles the radial movement)

Step 5:

We assembled all the parts

software used in designing the prototype was gear generator, the gear was cut using the laser cutting machine with the help of the inkscape software to make sure the measurments were on point
