8. CNC¶

This week e used a designing tool to make a design that will be cut by a cnc machine , we where provided with a 240mm x 120mm MDF sheet that is 12mm thick and used our imagination and skills to create something useful that do not need any screws, and can be bullet with a simple joint.

My assignment¶

I designed a simple shelf using 90 degree circle with two males and a simple back side two sheet supports that are connected to the ground to stabilize the created shape.

Steps¶

first by drawing the sheet to make ure that our design does not exceed the maximum size then draw the table (in pieces) with the male joints in the required pieces.

extrude the shapes to create the female joints

To create the female joints, follow the steps by align the male joint then press joint as you can see.

To merror the female joints, using merror and selecting the female boarders and then putting a line in the middle to merror:
