Final Project¶
My final project idea was to design a football goal with 5 holes to develop a mini football game to improve the the shooting skill.
So do that I followed these steps:
- Design the football goal in fusion.
- Use the CNC machine to cut the parts.
- Assemble the football goal and use some screws to provide more strength.
- Use arduino to write the code
- Test the code
- Use the 3D printer to print a circular arch
- Wire the circuit
- Test the goal

The idea¶
The idea was to implement electronics to improve the shooting accuracy of football players. So, there will be 5 holes and each hole has a different diameter. First, the strip LED will light red in the biggest circle and the player should score only in that circle. Once the player score the LED will light green and stay green. Then, the second LED will light red in the secod biggest circle if score it will light green if not it will remain red until the player scores. The same logic will be repeated three more times until the player scores in all five holes.
Step 1 I looked at different football designs so I have selected the one that will give more protection and will be more stable, it was challenging to design the football goal since the material used is plywood and it is not a recommended option. So, I have made the below design.
