Final Project¶
brief about the project¶
this is a documentation for our project which was about designing a machine.
the machine that we were asked to design had to has some features like, it should be economical,easy to move and it should has multiple operations ; so this the features that we had to follow.
-for the first idea we were thinkig to design a laith machine , and we made the first design ; but the issue was that the lithe machine was not having all the features that we were looking for.
so we designed a writing and drawing machine that was having all the conditions that we stated
about the motion system¶
about the motion system we usd a rack and pinion gear system because it is more efficient and requires less equipment and materials
to start our design we started to cut off the materials that we are going to need and use
after that we used fusion 360 to design our parts
then we designed the gear and cute it using the laser machine
then we designed the rack roods so the gears runs on it
then we designed the motor holder and added wheels to it
after that we conect one stage together and we used a software cod to run it
then we added the second stage
in the last step we added the third and the last stage which was controlled by a servo motor , and we connected to the drawing tool
after that we added all the parts together and tried our machine
