Team Building

The opportunity and the ambition of the youth.

The final project of the Fab Academy program is an opportunity that should not be overlooked for many reasons, including, but not limited to:

  • The final project takes place after 8 weeks of intensive learning experience in which many new skills were aqcuired.
  • The Fab Lab has all the necessary tools and equipment to alomost create any project prototype.
  • As help and guidance is provided by the Fab Academy instructors, the final project can be as hard, challenging, and creative as it can be, as opposed to working in a project with no help or guidance.
  • The Lab offers opportunities to present the work to other students, instructors, and even vistors from local universities and organizations.

For these and other reasons, the project to be created shall not be a common easily made project, but rather a distinctive one that can depicts our competency and knowledge.

A team, but why?

To create an amazing prototype, a one that is innovative and extraordinary, in such short period, the effort of multiple students shall be put in one project. By doing so, we are creating a combination of unique and different skills, backgrounds, and experiences in one project. Also, it would assist in solving problems and finishing off difficult tasks, alongside with increasing the creativity of the project. Other reasons can be mentioned, for example, working in groups promotes collaboration and allows for innovative thinking, alongside with improving team working skills.
