At this stage, the team managed to bulid almost all the nessesary parts of the pizza customizer machine. Therefore, it is time that combine parts.
To Do List:
First, to make sure that everything was working perfectly, We tried to put the Motor on only one part of the inner structure (as the inner structure as made out of two mirred parts).
As seen in the images above, every side shall have two motors facing opposite directions.
As explained in the inner structure stage and as can be seen in the image above, the inner structure parts are being holds on the shafts that connect the inner structure with both sides of the outer structure (which will allow the inner structure / container to move in one axis).
Also, using the laser cutter, the team made a long part which will connect both parts of the inner structure.
To give the inner structure / container the ability to move in the other axis, we need to put a shaft to connect between the two parts of the inner structure.
As we made sure that the motors fit in the inner structure and do not interfere with the outer structure, it is time to put the motors on the second part of the inner structure.
And by adding the motors for the second part, and by adding the shaft for the second axis, we get the following result.
In order to hold the dough container inside the inner structure, we used the laser cutter to make a container holder (two pieces in which the container will be hold in between).
Container Holder
Adding second shaft
Adding Motor Belt
Testing Motor Belt (Manually)
Testing Motor Belt (Using the motors)
As everything sounds good, time to lock the shafts.
At this stage, this is what the machine looks like:
